The staff was very friendly and we will be returning soon. The menu has many choices and we plan on going back for a burger or sandwich because all the food has to be outstanding. All around are boats that have been partially buried in the ground and all are decorated and painted a bright color if not pink. They have at least 6 picnic tables under cover and at least four or more in the middle of the lot beside the school bus. They have several options to eat outside also. We can't recommend this place more highly. You have to see this place and at least have the WFCNachos.

I wasn't too full to eat half of these nachos.
They are deep fried triangles of flour torillas tossed with cinnamon and sugar, arranged around a dipping cup of soft ice cream then drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with powered sugar.mmmmm OMG were they good. When we told our server that it was my birthday that day, they served us a complementery serving of their World Famous Chocolate Nachos. The décor is black, white and pink, with delightful curtains on the windows. We ate in the pink school bus which has been made into a restaurant with round fun tables and benches. The biscuits and gravy were the same and a generous portion. The bread was toasted just right and it was hot!!! I love my food hot. It was dripping with cheese, egg and bacon. I can't tell you how good my FESandwich was. The diretions to Flamingo Grill include intermediate detailed maps of each turn on the way. The starting point for directions can be a city or town, an intersection or a specific street address. They were both served in a basket with paper lining. I had the Fried Egg Sandwich and my husband had the Biscuits and Gravy. First the food: My husband took me here for my birthday because he knows I love pink!!!!! We skipped breakfast at home and drove to Canyon Ferry and the Flamingo!!!! We were not disappointed. This is not only a restaurant but an experience. The school bus is pink, all the buildings are pink, picnic tables are pink, and the list goes on. You will want to order something if you go!!! Everything is PINK. You just have to visit this place even if you don't eat.
